Our farm specializes in producing high quality meats sold by individual cuts and/or by a side.
What makes our meats great?
The animals are grown & raised without the use of hormones and antibiotics. 90% of the animal feed is grown by us and is certified organic. Our animals have access to green food throughout the year. From May to early November, they have access to pasturage along with the fermented grass and corn silage that is produced on our farm. In the winter months, they continue to receive the fermented corn, haylage and hay, while having access to the outside for exercise.
We sell beef, veal, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, goose, duck and goat meat.
Our meats are available at our farm store. We also ship within the continental U.S.
