Dairy - Cheese Making Intern
Join us in welcoming our new intern Pierre Jurine—Pierre will be working with Gloria and Damion throughout the summer months and into early fall as part of an exchange program with the Agricultural University in France. He will be learning about the art of cheesemaking, animal husbandry (in particular goats) as well as the art of sustainable farming on a family farm size setting.
Pierre is a second year BSc undergraduate at ESA (Ecole Supérieure d’Agricultures), an institute of Higher Education for Life Sciences in Angers in north-west France, which prepares its students over a period of five years for the diploma “ingénieur en agriculture” which is equivalent to an MSc in agri-food.
